About The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Professional to join a growing organization with international exposure.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with overseas offices (Belgium & Australia) while being based in Mumbai.

If you have strong expertise in full-cycle accounting, bookkeeping, MIS reporting, and advanced Excel skills — this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping activities
Handle general ledger, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and month-end closures
Prepare accurate MIS reports and financial summaries
Prepare and present Management Accounts
Support financial planning and analysis activities
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Coordinate with international stakeholders for financial reporting requirements

Candidate Requirements

Educational background in Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting & bookkeeping
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and management accounting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Financial Models, etc.)
Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
