Position Overview

We are actively seeking an experienced Service Technician for our Navasota location. This role requires a highly capable individual with a strong background in agricultural equipment service and repair. The ideal candidate is confident working on tractors and other ag equipment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of doing the job right the first time.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately.

Primary responsibilities include:

* Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment with accuracy and efficiency

* Perform routine service, preventive maintenance, and major repairs on tractors and implements

* Use diagnostic tools, service manuals, and computer-based systems to troubleshoot issues

* Accurately document work performed, parts used, and time on each job

* Communicate effectively with the service manager and other departments to ensure quality and timeliness

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

* Participate in ongoing training to stay current on equipment technology and service procedures
