Trinity Heads, Inc. is hiring a Career Finishing Operator at our Navasota plant.

The Career Finishing Operator position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team‑minded individual who doesn’t shy away from a challenge.
This team member will operate manual or automatic thermal cutting equipment to trim formed shapes to dimensions, contour, and bevel specified by blueprints, layouts, work orders and templates. The activity requires working pieces onto a table and setting equipment to direct flow of gas pressure, mixture and speed of cut.
- Operates overhead cranes.
- Operates plasma and oxy‑thermal cutting equipment.
- Uses basic measuring devices, such as tape measure, and has working knowledge of shop math.
- Performs housekeeping and maintains all required records.
- May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Experience using manual or automatic thermal cutting equipment.
- Overhead crane use.
- Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math.
- Prior history of safely and efficiently performing all essential functions.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Function as a team member.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and co‑workers.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
