Trinity Heads, Inc. is hiring an Entry Spin Operator at our Navasota plant.

The Spin Operator position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team‑minded individual who doesn’t shy away from a challenge.

• Operate touch‑sensitive machines to roll flanges on disks and dished heads.
• Set up machine for operation by lifting and centering the workpiece into a fixture on a turntable.
• Adjust for thickness and curvature of metal before setting for bending pressure.
• Read blueprints.
• Load material for processing.
• Verify dimensional requirements.
• Unload and transfer material to the next workstation or storage.
• Clean and sweep the work area.
• Operate overhead cranes.
• Capable of setting up and operating assigned equipment.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain all required records.
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Overhead crane experience
• Safely and efficiently perform all essential functions
• Read job card and complete documentation

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience operating flanging machines

• Function as a team member
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and co‑workers
• Regular and predictable attendance
