Entry Spin Operator
Trinity Heads, Inc. is hiring an Entry Spin Operator at our Navasota plant.

The Spin Operator position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team-minded individual who doesn’t stray away from a challenge.
This team member will operate touch sensitive machines to roll flanges on disks and dished heads, set up machine for operation by lifting and centering work piece into fixture on turntable, and adjust for thickness and curvature of metal before setting for bending pressure. Reads blueprints. Loads material for processing. Verifies dimensional requirements. Unloads and transfers material to next workstation or storage.
Cleans and sweeps work area.
- Operates overhead cranes.
- Capable of setting up and operating assigned equipment.
- Capable of reading blueprints.
- Performs housekeeping and maintains all required records.
- May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required:
- Overhead crane experience
- Safely and efficiently perform all essential functions
- Read job card and complete documentation
Preferred:
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience operating flanging machines
- Function as a team member
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and co-workers
- Regular and predictable attendance
