• Perform thermoclean, bake, blasting, coating, and other liquid and powder coating operations per the NOV Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform all assignments, duties and tasks in a safe manner while following standard operating procedures.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain critical control points to ensure excellent process and product quality.
• Set up and dial in equipment according to work orders.
• Communicate and coordinate all pertinent information to appropriate foremen/supervisors/managers to ensure effective and safe operations.
• Perform quality checks throughout production runs.
• Inform the foreman/supervisor/manager or their designee of any interruptions or irregularities in the production line.
• Follow all Company HSE, QMS policies and procedures and report any violations to appropriate personnel.
• Record QMS reports or daily production reports as instructed by Shift Foreman and SOP.
• Perform other various job duties that may be required by Foreman/Supervisor/Manager or their designees.

• Mechanical aptitude as demonstrated by prior experience.
• Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, and make decisions.
• Self‑motivated toward productivity improvements, quality, and safety awareness.
• Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
• Flexible and able to accept and respond to multi‑task assignments quickly, readily, and safely.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Prior coating and sand blasting experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience desirable.

Location:

Montgomery, TX (other listed: Navasota, College Station).

Compensation: $1,000.00–$1,400.00 (Montgomery), $11.00–$13.00 (College Station).
