Join our team at Creative Solutions In Health Care. We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to our residents.

• Provide Personal Care:
  Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines.
• Maintain Resident Environment:
  Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility:
  Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information:
  Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning:
  Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement:
  Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
• Accurate recording of information and technical procedures
• Strong communication, self‑discipline, and patience
• Genuine care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities
• Understanding of and adherence to the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities
• Compliance with safety policies and procedures
