  • Pay: $31/Hr.
  • Average 40-45 hour work week

Responsibilities
  • Navigate routes to support dry ice deliveries to our customers’ places of business
  • Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment to support the loading and unloading of dry ice
  • Connect with customers to confirm deliveries, carefully review that piece counts match the load manifest, and collect empty dry ice boxes to be returned to the plant and/or branch
  • Provide excellent customer service and share insights from customers with the Branch Manager to help us improve
  • Perform pre and post trip inspections on trucks according to DOT and company maintenance checklists to help ensure vehicle health. Help keep the inside of the truck clean and welcoming
  • Uphold our shared commitment to all company policies, safety procedures, and DOT and OSHA requirements
  • Ensure cargo is safely prepared and secured prior to and during transit
Required Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL or B CDL with Airbrake endorsements
  • Maintain appropriate driver’s license, medical card & endorsements
  • No more than two (2) traffic convictions: OR two (2) at‑fault accident in the last 3 years; or no more than a combination of one (1) traffic conviction and one (1) at‑fault accident in the last 3 years
  • No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven (7) years
  • Must be able to work in a drug‑free environment
  • Be able to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with the aid of material handling equipment
  • Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or be able to provide proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last 12 months
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of route driver experience
