Overview
Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager
Location: Naugatuck, CT
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Compensation: salary up to $100k based on experience
Incentives: Sign on bonus up to $10k and student debt repayment
Our Naugatuck outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating manager. This position will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. Ideal candidate will have at least two years in management and three years in outpatient orthopedics.
This clinic specializes in sports med, ortho, dry needling, vestibular, concussion, industrial and ACL programs. If you have always wanted to run your own clinic without the worry of when your next paycheck will arrive, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Select Physical Therapy Naugatuck is an outpatient physical therapy center with a high orthopedic patient population. We support Naugatuck High School athletics by employing a full time athletic training. This center sees a high volume of athletes as a result of this contract. Facility is a 2000 square foot open area that allows for sports specific training to support our patient population.
ResponsibilitiesOur center leadership includes overseeing the outpatient orthopedic therapy team and the provision of preventative and rehab services to maximize patient functionality and well-being. The role involves maintaining and growing a high-volume orthopedic practice, collaborating with physicians, payors and case managers, and managing the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios. The position also includes developing and expanding a team of physical therapists and physical therapy assistants (PTAs) and partnering with philanthropic programs and events to support the community.
QualificationsMust be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
CPR Certification is required. Ideal candidate will have at least two years in management and three years in outpatient orthopedics.
