Independent Living Skills Trainer needed for a position with a client who is on the Acquired Brain Injury Waiver. Duties include redirection, community transport, scheduling medical appointments. ILST role is to assist the client with all ADLs of daily routine while ensuring the client’s safety. Right candidate would work Monday – Saturday 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities- Assist the client with all activities of daily living (ADLs) to support independence and safety
- Provide redirection and support to promote safety and well-being
- Coordinate community transport and schedule medical appointments
- Schedule:
Monday – Saturday 9am–5pm
