Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz's DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensureumäng Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained प्राथमिक through the implementation of Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure sales representative negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical fitness to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasional pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25‑35 miles of the primary location:
  San Diego, CA, or secondary location:
  National City, CA.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed; starting at 6:00 AM. Schedule may change based on business needs.

Hourly rate of $20, with eligibility to participate in an incentive bonus program. Mileage reimbursement (company policy).
