Target team members help families discover the joy of everyday life by delivering guest experiences that meet real needs. This role focuses on friendly guest interactions, service at checkouts, and supporting store operations.

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard and creating a welcoming guest experience.
• Greet guests, assist with their needs, and resolve guest concerns through problem solving and effective communication.
• Promote and explain store offerings, programs (including Target Loyalty), and services; assist with enrollment as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards; minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services, including Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Assist with returns following policy and escalate as needed to leaders for resolution.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and stock supplies during store hours.
• Follow safety policies, report hazards, and operate in a compliant and ethical manner.
• Support guest services activities (OPU, Drive-Up) and comply with applicable laws and store policies.
• Per business needs, perform other duties as assigned.

• Accurate checkout operations and support for cash office activities as needed.
• Ability to scan, move merchandise safely; lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance as required.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift; work in varying temperatures and conditions related to store operations.
