Base pay: $16.90/yr – $18.59/yr (actual pay depends on skills and experience).

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make personalized suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years old.
