Seasonal Sales Associate

We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring fans can access the merchandise they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and fandom enthusiasm.
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure areas meet visual standards.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising adjustments.
• Share fashion trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry, ensuring store security.
• Support stock room organization and store cleanliness.
• Work as a team, communicating effectively to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $16.50 - $17 per hour. Final salary will depend on education, location, experience, and other factors.
