Flynn Group, founded by Greg Flynn, grew Applebee’s franchise to over 460 restaurants. As Applebee’s bartender you mix drinks, serve customers, and create great bar experience.

Responsibilities

• Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards.
• Be friendly to staff and customers.
• Assist servers with bar supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds and working up to 4 hours per shift.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old per state law.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to positive impact and teamwork.
• Ability to remain stationary, lift, bend, stoop, and move for up to 4 hours.
