• The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to assigned patients.
• Communicates with physicians about changes in the patient's clinical condition, including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, and symptomatology.
• Ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.

Education, Experience, Training

• Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of California, required.
• BCLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current, required.
• NHISS (Stroke Scale) Certification within 60 days of hire and maintain current, required.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.

Paradise Valley Hospital offers competitive compensation and the current compensation range for this role is $60.00. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
