Lens Crafters is bringing its optical retail experience to Macy’s department stores in the U.S. Macy’s and Luxottica collaborate to provide customers with quality eyewear and eye care. Lens Crafters aims to offer thoughtful and caring vision care alongside fashionable eyewear.

Great practice opportunity for an independent Doctor of Optometry. You operate your own private independent practice while delivering high-quality optometric care and services to patients next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. The professional fee schedule is yours to decide, and you keep the associated patient revenues for professional services delivered.

• Operate an independent practice and provide high-quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Manage patient care within your own professional direction without company-imposed restrictions or quotas.
• Coordinate with Lens Crafters and Luxottica teams to support in-store optical dispensary operations.
• Utilize furnished office space, exam lanes, and available equipment as part of the rent arrangement.
• Utilize online appointment book and patient recall systems.
• Attend to patient exams from start to finish, leveraging brand onboarding support.

Luxottica’s wholesale network spans more than 150 countries with approximately 7,400 store locations. The goal is to free you from dispensary business concerns so you can focus on patient care.

Pay Range: $65/hr - $75/hr.

This posting is for an existing vacancy. Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered to complement a total rewards package, including benefits such as health care, retirement savings, PTO/vacation, and employee discounts.
