Registered Nurse

This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role located in National City, CA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assessments in a home health setting. Daily tasks include administering treatments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, providing education to patients and families about care management, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

• Strong nursing skills, including assessing patient needs, providing care, and administering treatments
• Experience in creating and executing individualized care plans and educating patients and families
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Knowledge of home health care processes, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to patients' homes
