Nurse Practitioner​/Pediatrics Locum Tenens​/Pediatrician Heavy

Care National is looking for an experienced Spanish fluent Pediatrician - Clinic Based in National City, CA! This is a direct hire position and ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of recent experience as a Pediatrician - Clinic Based.

Pay Details:

• Pay Range: $260,000 - $305,000 annually

Pediatrician Job Summary:

• Assists in developing and implementing procedures and protocols to facilitate the delivery of comprehensive health services and quality assurance.
• Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, counseling/education and treatment for a specified population adhering to the highest standards of medical practice, ethics, professionalism and patient confidentiality at all times.
• Provide clinical supervision and education to Advanced Practice Providers, Nurses, and assistants.
• Supports an environment of exchange and recommends improvements in all clinical areas. In general, drives areas to improve patient information exchange, overall patient satisfaction, experience and/or other operational areas to meet or exceed all measures.

Pediatrician Background:

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
• Must hold an active unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state at hire.
• Must be Board certified in Pediatrics or Medicine-Pediatrics.
• At least 2-3 years clinical experience practicing medicine.
• Any additional experience working for a urgent care/outpatient clinical setting is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and strong critical thinking, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills are needed.
