As a Plumber Dispatcher – Admin, you will:

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
• Dispatch plumbers to job sites and maintain real‑time tracking of staff locations
• Ensure effective communication between clients, technicians, and office personnel
• Accurately bill for services and maintain organized records
• Assist with administrative office tasks as needed

This is a full‑time, in‑office position located in National City, CA, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 3+ years of plumbing office experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong problem‑solving skills, quick learner, and ability to work under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively
