Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a part‑time Team Leader and serve as a role model while delivering a brand experience for our customers. This role provides training to enhance the team's ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.

Responsibilities- Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information.
- Assist in ensuring that appropriate and effective space‑management techniques are utilized.
- Maintain the Store graphics system (including pricing) effectively, focusing on customer service and maximizing profitable sales.
- Ensure that all fixtures are always replenished.
- Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop our business further.
- Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
- Motivate and develop a high‑performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision and Values.
- Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.
- Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
- Experience delivering employee training.
- Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing skills.
- Experience with point‑of‑sale automated systems.
- Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising expertise.
- Physical specifications:
Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus; involves lifting at least 30 lbs. - Must provide availability to work up to 20 hours per week (availability, not guaranteed schedule).
The hourly wage for the position ranges from $22.79 to $24.19 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group considers a range of compensation factors, including prior experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Comprehensive remuneration details, including benefits, will be communicated upon finalizing the employment offer.
