A Key Holder collaborates with the management team in supervising store operations, leading an engaging environment that inspires customers and the team. Responsibilities include driving sales, building awareness of key metrics, and contributing to the development of others.

• Act as a brand ambassador and reflect company values, partnering with store leadership to create an engaging experience for FP Movement customers.
• Create selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience, encouraging lasting relationships through personalized service, product recommendations, and shared interests in wellness and fitness.
• Share details to promote FP Movement events and drive engagement; support execution of events with fitness and wellness partners.
• Utilize technology to stay informed about events and special offers online and in store, enhancing the customer experience with an omni perspective.
• Exercise decision‑making and multitasking, prioritizing service over tasks; manage store environment and customer experience, energizing the pace and positivity of the team.
• Teach and share product knowledge, brand messaging, and exceptional customer interactions using resources such as the Freeway, #Moving Together hub, and Instagram.
• Participate in daily office procedures, execution of operations, and store maintenance; collaborate with key partners to execute shipment processing, restocking, and placement of product while maintaining visual and display standards and ensuring omni‑channel orders are processed timely and accurately.
• Adhere to safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and uphold all company policy and procedures to support profitability.
• Support an inclusive, people‑first philosophy; engage employees at all levels, reinforce follow‑through, and ensure the store team is heard and supported.
• Stay current and collaborate with leadership to respond to communication; share information with the team and participate in daily meetings and chat ins.
• Display eagerness to develop new skills while being open and responsive to feedback; enhance the environment through optimism, positivity, and proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Guide and develop the Stylist team; take responsibility for own development and professional growth while considering role replacement for career progression.

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience as a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand.
