this Role You Will
  • Personally design and execute the formulation and characterization of polymer‑based nanoparticles for targeted drug delivery.
  • Maintain hands‑on assay development, troubleshooting, and iteration for nanoparticle characterization and drug release studies.
  • Analyze experimental data directly and use results to guide next experimental steps in formulation optimization.
  • Rapidly iterate on designs and approaches based on real‑time data from physiochemical, in vitro, and in vivo assays.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners on projects integrating material science, in vivo studies, and therapeutic assets.
  • Contribute to polymer chemistry and nanoparticle delivery platforms optimization, focusing on drug loading, stability, and controlled release.
Basic Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Industry experience with substantial hands‑on work in nanoparticle formulation, drug delivery systems, and biological assays.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, and interpret complex experiments related to material characterization, in vitro efficacy, and in vivo targeting.
  • Strong technical depth in polymer chemistry, materials science, and nanoparticle‑based drug delivery.
