• The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $160,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other court filings.
• Participate in case strategy development and client counseling.
• Manage multiple cases independently while working closely with senior attorneys as needed.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably with a focus on business disputes.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Courtroom experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage cases proactively and independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
