This is a rare opportunity to join a highly technical, multinational team in Eindhoven, where your expertise will influence innovation on a global scale.
We are seeking a colleague to provide technical leadership and coordinate collaboration with Math Works teams worldwide for our largest customers in the Netherlands. By becoming a trusted technical advisor, you will help turn their use of Math Works solutions and services into meaningful innovations across their software ecosystem, products, and services. This role not only requires strong leadership skills but also offers an exceptional opportunity to develop further as a technology leader.

Responsibilities- Engage with engineers, software architects, physicists, and technical executives to discuss, understand, prioritize and document their technology needs.
- Lead and orchestrate technical projects demonstrating and implementing new technology.
- Raise awareness and promote the adoption of Math Works solutions and services to address customer needs, within the context of their technology roadmap.
- Help prioritize and define Math Works solution roadmap in alignment with the customer’s, broadening and deepening adoption.
- Collaborate with development, sales, management, and marketing stakeholders to create and execute account development plans.
- Cultivate customer success and develop customer champions who advocate for Math Works solutions.
- Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.
- A bachelor's degree and 15 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science or Applied Physics, with industry experience.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English, European Framework of Reference Level C1. Dutch language skills are a plus!
- Understanding of the semiconductor equipment industries and its technologies.
- Proven technical project management skills.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and preferably one of the programming languages: C, C++, Python, or Java.
- Knowledge of modern software systems, including cloud computing, security, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices.
