Base pay range: $71,000.00/yr - $87,000.00/yr

Additional compensation:
Annual bonus and sign-on bonus

Evaluates, plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member providing patient assessment/re-assessment, direct patient care and individualized care planning/implementation.

• Respond to physician orders for occupational therapy.
• Administer and interpret tests and measurements of patients.
• Review patient charts and progress prior to treatment and modify the treatment plan accordingly.
• Develop functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations.
• Develop, improve, or restore skills in activities of daily living, work, or productive activities.
• Seek clarification of physician orders as needed.

• Education:
  
  Required:
  
  Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience:
  
  Preferred: 2 years as a practicing OT in a healthcare setting
• Certifications/
  
  Skills:
  
  State license in MA; 2 years of experience as a practicing OT in a healthcare setting
