Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility
Primarily responsible for monitoring services and providing community support services and therapeutic services. The BHC uses a basic knowledge of diagnostic characteristics, symptomology of primary mental illness and knowledge of medications, side effects and benefits to provide services in a person-centered, supportive, community-based environment. The LPC is monitored by periodic supervision.

• Monitor and assess client services to ensure quality delivery of therapeutic and community support interventions.

• Provide person-centered behavioral health care by utilizing knowledge of mental health diagnoses, symptomology, and treatment approaches.

• Support clients in community-based settings to promote recovery, independence, and engagement in daily life activities.

• Apply understanding of psychotropic medications, including their benefits and potential side effects, to inform and support client care plans.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision to review cases, enhance professional development, and maintain service quality standards.
