Please be advised that candidates must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment health screening which includes a drug screen.

At the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist, performs patient treatments as indicated by the treatment plan. Documents treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.

Performs selected tests and measurements as directed by therapist; maintains documentation on all treatments; assures appropriate equipment performance prior to each use.

Position requires every other weekend and every other holiday commitment.

• Education:
  
  Associate degree in occupational therapy assistant or equivalent through accredited OTA program (military service members or veterans are acceptable)
• Experience:
  
  Preferred 1 year of experience
• Certifications:
  
  Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant by AOTA. Licensure, as required by State law.
