Position: Assistant Program Manager
Location: Natick, MA
Shift: Wednesday 10:00am‑8:00pm, Thursday 10:00‑8pm, Friday 12:00pm‑8:00pm, Saturday 8:00am‑8:00pm
Salary: $70,500

- Assisting with all hands‑on direct care, including showering, toileting, shaving, brushing teeth, and meal‑time assistance.
- Ensuring the health and safety of the individual, including personal care.
- Providing education, training, counseling, and physical assistance to achieve ISP goals in functional academics, domestic skills, health and personal hygiene, social and leisure skills, communication skills, community mobility, self‑esteem, and money management.
- Communicating with family, friends, guardians, advocates, volunteers, and employers to facilitate consistency of programming and support.
- Developing, writing, and presenting annual ISPs and semiannual agreements in consultation with residential staff, Program Manager, and Director.
- Performing case management duties.
- Providing transportation to individuals as necessary.
- Scheduling and supervising staff.
- Experience working with individuals with /DD.
- A bachelor’s degree or associate degree in a related field with two years of experience, or an HS diploma and five years of related work experience in human services.
- Ability to pass fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and driving background checks.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Valid MAP certification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
