New Grad RN and Extern Programs Available in Behavioral Health! Hiring for all units - Adult, Geriatric, and Adolescent - at Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick, MA.
In Behavioral Health, you will see the first-hand results of the positive impact you have on the lives of individuals and their families who face mental health challenges. You will join a team that focuses on mental health safety, stability, and empowerment, and will play a crucial role in assisting individuals build healthy coping strategies, strength, positive thought processes, and problem-solving skills.
Leonard Morse Hospital offers specialized certification in de-escalation Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Training. You will work with Psychiatry, Medical NPs, RNs, Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, and Human Rights Officers in a collaborative team approach.
We are currently recruiting for Late 2025 and Spring 2026 graduates. You will be part of our supportive community of clinical educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents. Our new grad program promotes learning with hands-on experience to help establish valuable clinical and critical thinking skills for your transition from student to RN.

- Will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care.
- Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients.
- Assume responsibility for the supervision of staff to whom nursing care is appropriately delegated.

Education- Required:
Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accredited school, or currently enrolled in nursing school with a graduation date within the next 12 months. - Not a graduate yet? We offer externships to continue building your skills and gain hands-on experience.
- Required:
Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
