Corporate Controller – Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a blended accounting and analytics team, including oversight of US Accounts Payable
• Oversee the monthly close-to-report cycle with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls
• Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual journal entries and enhance efficiency
• Partner across the organization on reporting, complex accounting matters, and evolving SaaS/term-based models
• Collaborate with Finance Systems to design and implement workflow and reporting enhancements
• Build financial models and tools that support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
• Interpret financial and non-financial data to explain variances and improve decision-making
• Operate as a highly collaborative leader who models clear communication and thoughtful problem-solving
Corporate Controller – Qualifications:
• CPA or CA strongly preferred
• Public accounting and/or technology/SaaS experience
• 7+ years progressive accounting/finance experience + 2+ years managing teams
• Strong presentation skills and comfort communicating with senior leadership
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement and automation
• Ability to balance deep operational accounting work with strategic financial analysis
• Collaborative, humble leadership style with strong critical thinking skills
