We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer/Associate to join our practice in Natick. The role involves inspection, analysis, and evaluation of geotechnical systems and preparation of repair/mitigation concepts.

• Conduct field inspections and subsurface explorations.
• Perform geotechnical and civil engineering analyses.
• Assist with peer review of design and construction of geotechnical systems.
• Prepare conceptual designs for repair or restoration of damaged geotechnical systems.

• Ph.D. in Civil Engineering specializing in Geotechnical Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or M.S. with 8+ years.
• Degrees or coursework in Geology, Groundwater, Surface Water Hydrology, or Structural Engineering a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail, dedication to quality, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, effective leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently or support multiple group projects and interact with other engineers, staff, and clients.
• Knowledge of geotechnical modeling software, graphing software, GIS, and imaging software a strong plus.
• Relocation to Natick required; relocation assistance provided.
