ACCEPT Education Collaborative is a regional non‑profit educational organization located in Natick, Massachusetts. We provide a wide range of programs and services for students with moderate to severe needs, including special education, specialized transportation, home‑based services, behavioral and educational consultation, and professional development. Our programs address autism spectrum disorders, emotional/behavioral needs, global impairments, cognitive/intellectual disabilities, language disorders, ADHD/ADD, and nonverbal learning disabilities.

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Special Education Teacher for our Elementary Program in Natick. The position is full‑time with competitive compensation and benefits, a collaborative work environment, and professional training and support.

Position Type: Full‑time

Salary: $58,600 to $113,500 per year

Location: Natick, Massachusetts

• Conduct educational assessments, write reports and present findings at team meetings.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student assigned.
• Prepare quarterly progress reports.
• Collaborate with related service providers and coordinate services for assigned students.
• Provide information and support to parents and district liaisons as appropriate.
• Coordinate completion of progress reports and team‑meeting materials with related service providers.
• Prepare and plan instruction that aligns with state frameworks and IEPs.
• Develop and implement student schedules to ensure goals are addressed meaningfully.
• Create a differentiated learning environment adapted to each student’s learning needs, strengths, style, and communication/behavioral needs.
• Create a learning environment with embedded visual supports and established routines to maximize student independence.
• Access and implement existing curriculum and technology resources.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
