Behavior Specialist - Part Time

ACCEPT Education Collaborative – Natick, Massachusetts

Full‑time Behavior Analyst – BCBA position working primarily with elementary‑ and transition‑aged students at our Natick location. Immediate start. Salary: $55,000 to $113,000 per year.

ACCEPT Education Collaborative is a regional non‑profit educational organization providing special education and behavioral services for students with moderate to severe needs. We offer a continuum of programs from Pre‑K‑12 to age 22, addressing autism spectrum disorders, emotional/behavioral needs, global impairments, cognitive/intellectual disabilities, language disorders, ADHD/ADD, and non‑verbal learning disability.

• Conduct formal (FBA, FA) and informal assessments and interpret results.
• Provide consultation, training, and support to program staff.
• Act as a liaison between school and home environments to ensure consistency and carry‑over of programs.
• Document and review student progress and progress reports.
• Consult with teams to develop goals and objectives regarding educational/behavioral needs.
• Conduct and participate in professional development workshops.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in education, ABA, or Psychology.
• LabA, BCBA, or BCaBA certification.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience (preferred: 1+ year).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
