- Instruction for players of all ages in group classes and camp, private lessons and parties held at our facility and at offsite locations
- Training and adhering to Frozen Ropes instructional philosophies
- Knowledge of all Frozen Ropes programs
- Use of scheduling system to view upcoming classes, camps, lesson and other events, review of lesson notes
- Use of video analysis system
- Setting up rental equipment
- Execution of daily projects including opening and closing procedures with end of day cleanup
