For our Head Swim Instructor and Deck Supervisor we are looking for an outgoing, professional, enthusiastic individual:
- Connecting and building relationships with our students, families and fellow colleagues
- Deliver safe, fun and educational 30‑minute lessons to our students.
- Model our core values (Safety, Quality, Connection and WOW!) during all shifts
- As a Deck Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Helping to manage the lesson quality and safety during lesson times
- Measure student success by tracking skills live on an iPad
- Deliver an engaging team meeting at the beginning of each lesson shift for all instructors
- Educate our families on our Little Flippers curriculum during each lobby announcement
Little Flippers is a learn‑to‑swim school that aims to teach water safety throughout our swim lessons. We offer a great paid on‑site training program that teaches everything you’ll need to know about being a Head Instructor and Deck Supervisor.
Compensation: $16‑20/hr

We are primarily looking for part‑time swim instructors with the potential of full‑time hours and some office work as well. Don’t worry, prior experience in aquatics is not required! We offer a great paid on‑site training program that teaches everything you’ll need to know about being an instructor.
