Compensation

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, projecting a polished and welcoming presence.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and assist with supply management.
  • Support event planning and catering arrangements to enhance office functions.
  • Manage shipping of samples and inventory tracking for ongoing projects.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and calendar management.
  • Assist with lighter office duties including kitchen organization and supplies replenishment.
  • Contribute to special projects and provide flexible support across various team needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic familiarity with design software like InDesign is a plus.
  • Tech‑savvy with the capacity to adapt to new tools and procedures swiftly.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional, polished demeanor with a genuine enthusiasm for the fashion industry.
  • Relevant education or background in business or related fields preferred.
