Who You Are

As our Warehouse Associate, you will work closely with the Warehouse Manager daily as part of a fast-paced team, while supporting our HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical teams. You are a great communicator and have experience in the home services industry so you can support the Warehouse Manager, Installation Manager, and Operations Manager on warehouse needs.

• Open and close the warehouse at designated times in coordination with the Warehouse Manager.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory counts.
• Oversee facility maintenance, including waste management, scrap removal, parking lot upkeep, and janitorial tasks.
• Enforcing proper warehouse safety with all personnel who enter the warehouse operational area.
• Utilizing provided company resources to conduct routine audits on warranty specific invoices on a weekly, monthly, yearly rate.
• Monitor daily jobs to ensure proper return of parts when needed are facilitated by all trade departments
• Communicate effectively with the Warehouse, Installation, and Operations Managers to address job requests.
• Track the progress of all daily warranty tagged specific jobs
• Maintain and process store warranties efficiently.
• Parts delivery when needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Strong multitasking skills
• Highly organized
• Able to due entry level Microsoft Excel functions.
• Clean Driving Record
• Clean background check
• Ability to lift 30 lbs or more
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and manage daily goals
• Takes pride in completing job duties
• Drug free

Preferred Qualifications

• Service Titan experience
• HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical experience

• Pay: $12.00 - 20.00/hr
• Days:
  Monday - Friday, occasional weekends
