Base pay range

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be included. Premiums up to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Front‑end checkout associates run our registers. They smile, greet and thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and maintain a positive attitude. The role involves standing for extended periods and assisting customers with questions and needs.
