ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, evaluate, and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travel. Responsibilities include direct patient care, delegation, and supervision of nursing staff in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act. Additional duties: demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality of care, establish professional relationships, and fulfill the role within the hospital.
Supervisory responsibilities include oversight of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU.
- Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
- Current, valid, and active driver’s license.
- Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
- Current ACLS and BLS certification from a Vibra‑Travel‑approved vendor (AHA preferred and required by some clients).
- CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) preferred and may be required by some clients.
- Other certifications such as TCRN, CEN, and CMC may be required by some clients.
- Current valid RN license in the state of employment.
