Job Summary

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our customers and guests across four dealership locations. This role is responsible for creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every caller and visitor. You will answer and route incoming calls, greet guests in person, assist with basic administrative tasks, and ensure every interaction reflects the care and professionalism our group is known for.

This position plays a vital role in how our community experiences Auto Group South. You are not just answering phones. You are setting the tone.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls for four dealership locations

  • Greet customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism

  • Direct guests to the correct department and notify the appropriate team member

  • Introduce customers to sales or service staff when needed

  • Work cooperatively with sales, service, and administrative teams

  • Communicate clearly, courteously, and efficiently with callers and visitors

  • Assist with scheduling and confirming sales appointments

  • Type basic memos, correspondence, and internal documents

  • Perform light administrative and support tasks as needed

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Friendly, outgoing, and positive demeanor

  • Professional appearance and presentation

  • Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to schedule changes

  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
