Warehouse Coordinator - HVAC Products | Carrier Enterprise

Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a premier national distributor specializing in residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts, and supplies. We operate primarily in the B2B environment, selling products through licensed HVAC dealers and contractors who service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products. With 200+ locations across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada, we meet our customers’ HVAC/R needs.

• The Operations Specialist is responsible for resolving inventory, LTL, UPS, and Warehouse Transfer discrepancies.
• Assists in running/implementing NXTrend reports such as ICZTI, ICRZU and others.
• Participates in and conducts physical inventories.
• Manages factories and LTL/UPS freight claims for the region.
• Manages all warehouse transfer exceptions, tracks and manages open orders, warehouse transfers, and purchase orders for assigned locations.
• Maintains and updates inventory records; creates efficient and accurate inventory management procedures; reconciles inventories to book records and adjusts as necessary.
• Coordinates and verifies issues related to damaged, defective, or mis-shipped goods to customers.
• Assists material handlers when inventory discrepancies are identified during picking or other warehouse processes.
• Performs cycle counts or coordinates others to perform cycle counts.
• Researches inventory discrepancies and documents adjustments with management approval (physical and virtual research).
• Communicates resolution of issues to leadership teams.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Four (4) years of warehouse or related experience, two of which are specific to inventory control.
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices; strong math and spreadsheet skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse/inventory management systems preferred; accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Ability to multi-task, stay detail-oriented, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
