Warehouse Associate

Overview

Swiftwick is a leading performance sock company founded in 2008. Swiftwick designs, engineers, and builds technical socks for athletic performance, primarily serving the running and cycling communities with products that are engineered to endure. We are looking for a collaborative and reliable Warehouse Associate to help create an amazing customer experience. You will be joining our Operations team and contributing by delivering accurate and timely fulfillment of custom orders.

• Re-packaging and labeling all Swiftwick socks
• Pick, pack, and ship internal transfer orders
• Assist in receiving inbound shipments from vendors
• Help maintain accurate inventory by performing cycle counts and inventory transactions as appropriate
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
• Help move product and facility material such as socks, shelving, etc
• Put together and build warehouse materials such as shelves and equipment, including but not limited to dollies, flats, etc
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and ladders in a safe and responsible manner
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work onsite in our warehouse located in Nashville, TN
• Previous experience in a retail backroom, warehouse, or fulfillment center preferred
• Be inquisitive and passionate about continually providing a better experience for our customers
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and be committed to producing accurate and high-quality work
• Team player
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Take pride in your work and have personal accountability
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
