Operations Associate, Greenwood

Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play a vital role that requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving products, and working with partner drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
• Receive and unpack pallets, ensure inventory matches purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Manage waste and spoilage following FIFO practices
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items
• Handle, scan, and move products safely and efficiently
• Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment
• Handle products containing tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol
• Work in freezer locations periodically
• Walk several flights of stairs as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in restaurant or retail (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including peak shifts
• Basic knowledge of web-based applications (e.g., Google G-Suite)
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
