Job OverviewWe are seeking seasonal delivery drivers to deliver floral arrangements for Valentine’s Day. Drivers will use their own vehicles and work from our studio delivering pre-packed orders to homes, businesses, and hotels.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for short-term, high-earning seasonal work.
Responsibilities- Safely and promptly deliver floral arrangements to customers.
- Handle flowers with care and professionalism.
- Follow delivery routes and schedules provided by Lily Palmer.
- Communicate delivery status clearly with the dispatch team.
- Provide friendly, courteous customer interaction when needed.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or hatchback preferred).
- Proof of auto insurance.
- Smartphone with GPS capability.
- Ability to lift and carry floral arrangements.
- Punctual, dependable, and professional demeanor.
Pay Structure:
- $12-$18 per delivery, depending on distance and route density.
- Drivers typically complete 2-4 deliveries per hour.
Estimated earnings:
- $25-$40 per hour during peak times.
- Top drivers can earn $200-$350 per day on February 13-14.
Mileage, gas, and vehicle expenses are the responsibility of the driver.
