Make-A-Way Transport is expanding and looking for experienced Regional 1099 Drivers to support medical transportation across Eastern, Middle, and Northeast Tennessee.

This role is ideal for drivers who want higher earning potential, structured trips, and work that truly matters.

• Drive regional routes between cities and counties
• Transport clients to essential medical appointments
• Maintain professionalism, safety, and punctuality
• Deliver consistent, compassionate service on longer trips
• Operate independently while meeting service standards

• $22–$25/hour for regional routes
• 1099 contractor flexibility
• Purpose-driven, non-emergency medical transportation
• Structured assignments (not random dispatching)

• Proven ability to drive safely on longer routes
• Excellent driving record
• Strong customer service and communication
• Solid time management and availability
• Comfortable with regional travel
• Reliable personal vehicle
• F-Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
• DOT certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Someone who genuinely enjoys driving
• Prior industry experience strongly preferred
• 5-Star Driver ideal (high-quality 4-Star drivers considered)
