As a delivery driver, you are the customer‑facing liaison between our fulfillment centers and our valued customers. In this role, you will be directly responsible for delivering the customers’ boxes to the correct address, during the correct time window, and in pristine condition. We expect our delivery drivers to maintain a positive attitude, a safety‑first mindset, and a prioritization of our customers.

  Monday‑Thursday 7:00 AM start

• Comply with all DOT and Misfits Market safety standards at all times (e.g., seatbelt use, safe traffic entry/exit, hands‑free cellular use, proper lifting).
• Verify all deliveries in our routing app.
• Deliver customer orders directly to customers’ doorsteps with professionalism and care.
• Navigate varying weather conditions and hazards safely throughout your shift.
• Use proper lifting form to safely load and unload up to 150 boxes per shift, each weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Support our Packaging Return Program by picking up and documenting customer recycling.
• Support overall delivery volume, including helping other drivers complete routes or working overtime as needed.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 2 years of previous delivery driving experience.
• Comfortable operating delivery van in all types of weather.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodation.

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Experience working in a food‑based environment.
