Delivery Associate​/Warehouse Associate

The Delivery Associate/Warehouse Associate is assisting the Delivery Driver on local deliveries. The best candidate would need to have a driver's license with a clean driving record. Some deliveries may require hand loading and hand off-loading of up to 100 lbs. The Delivery Associate/Warehouse Associate will utilize a forklift on a daily basis, and must handle all orders with care.

• Fulfill orders in a timely manner using a forklift.
• Wrap completed orders for shipment to customers.
• Stay engaged and work closely with drivers to ensure detailed information on loads is relayed and completed.
• Ensure adherence to load plan and that all loads are loaded, picked up, and delivered on time.
• Conduct dock checks and make sure docks are clear.
• Keep management and client services informed of any activities or potential issues that may delay shipping.
• Immediately check in received products.
• Follow company protocol for ensuring the correct items are shipped and delivered to customers.
• Greet clients and build rapport by learning and meeting their shipping needs.
• Other duties as assigned to meet company needs.

• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Great attention to detail.
• Communicate in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to operate a tablet camera to log completed orders.
• Forklift operation. (Willingness to learn safe operating procedures).

• Ability to lift 35 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Willingness to learn!
