Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashville, TN, for a Delivery Driver at 8th & Roast Coffee Co.

The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting packages and other goods from a mail facility or business to a personal or business address following a specific route within their delivery area, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Responsibilities include loading the goods for delivery onto the delivery van or truck, using navigation tools to arrive at the right address and delivering parcels to the correct address, and providing excellent customer service to ensure our partners have an exceptional experience.

You will also be available to aid the packaging team as needed by direction of the Production Management team. You will be an integral part of maintaining relationships with our wholesale partners and upholding the company’s commitment to quality.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to complete these requirements with or without accommodation

  • Hear – speak to coworkers

  • Coffee for home! Employees may take home one 12 ounce bag of coffee per month
  • Quarterly bonus based on growth of sales year over year (stipulations based on hours worked applied)
  • Specialty Drink Pay:
    Baristas are paid a higher wage when developing specialty drink recipes.
  • Free Coffee Classes:
    Baristas can attend any coffee class for free.
  • Teaching Pay For Classes:
    Baristas are paid a higher hourly wage when preparing and teaching classes.
  • Preds Perks: 10% off tickets
  • Unlimited free drip coffee and cold brew
  • 2 specialty drinks free while working a single shift - 3 while working a double shift. 50% off anything after and while not working
  • 50% off all food from kitchen
  • Free food while working from employee pantry
  • Health, dental, vision insurance, 401K with 3% match if you you average 30+ hours a week
  • PTO and sick days available if you average 25+ hours a week
  • Holiday pay when the stores are closed
  • $75 reimbursement per employee per year for continuing education, books, coffee, etc.
