LEAD DRIVER

Overview

Join the Sky Hop Global team as our Leader on Duty for the BNA location. Position:
Lead Driver / Supervisor. Compensation: $18/HR - $20/HR (Earn up to $25 per hour! - Daily Cash tips + Monthly Safety Bonus).

Shift: We operate 24/7/365, with weekends and holidays part of the schedule.

Note:

Depending on the location's size, you may spend 50-75% of your scheduled time in the field.

Sky Hop Global is a dynamic ground transportation company serving airline crews across multiple cities.

• Direct and inspire your team of drivers with leadership focused on process improvement, team-building, coaching, and feedback.
• Keep overtime to a minimum, except for rare emergency situations.
• Assist the Station Manager with recruitment: interviewing, selecting, training, motivating, coaching, and mentoring transport drivers to be the best in the business.
• Oversee the daily maintenance review of the fleet, ensuring operations run smoothly and reporting concerns promptly.
• Be the safety advocate by conducting regular safety audits, leading station safety meetings, and meeting with staff to ensure a secure and thriving work environment.
• Help the Station Manager manage local permits and vehicle registrations.
• Maintain strong relationships with airport ground transportation and attend meetings as required.
• Maintain a clean driving record, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Be at least 21 years old (per DOT requirements) and pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Obtain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card as part of the job requirements.

• Full-time position with a competitive salary of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Earn up to $25 per hour with daily cash tips and monthly safety bonus).
